Longevity Assessment & Health Data Integration
Assessment is what makes a wellness space measurable. It gives the client a starting point, gives staff a reason for every protocol decision, and gives the business a repeatable service to sell.
What we integrate
- VO₂ Max testing — cardiorespiratory fitness and training zones
- RMR testing — resting metabolic rate and nutrition planning
- Body composition — lean mass, fat mass and change over time
- Biological-age and healthspan marker systems
- Strength, mobility and movement screening
- Wearable and sleep data from the client's own devices
- The reporting and reassessment cycle that ties it together
From test result to protocol
A test only has value if it changes what the person does next. We define which result drives which protocol adjustment, how often reassessment happens, and how progress is presented back to the client.
Common questions
What should you test in a longevity centre?
At minimum cardiorespiratory fitness (VO₂ Max), body composition and a strength or movement measure, plus resting metabolic rate where nutrition is part of the service. Add biological-age markers when the team can interpret and act on them.
How often should clients be reassessed?
Typically every eight to twelve weeks for an active programme. Reassessment is also the natural renewal point for a package, which is why it belongs in the commercial model as well as the clinical one.
